Competition Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
- This competition is operated by Lee Walker Snooker Coaching, henceforth referred to as “The Organiser.”
- By entering the competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
2. Eligibility
- The competition is open to participants worldwide, aged 18 and over, except employees of The Organiser and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
Participants can enter the competition through Instagram or Facebook, following the entry requirements for their chosen platform:
For Instagram Entries:
- Like the competition post on Instagram.
- Tag a friend in the comments of the competition post.
- Share the competition post to their Instagram story.
- Multiple entries are permitted when tagging different friends in separate comments.
For Facebook Entries:
- Like the competition post on Facebook.
- Comment on the post by tagging a friend.
- Share the competition post on their own Facebook timeline.
- Similar to Instagram, multiple entries are allowed on Facebook when tagging different friends in separate comments.
General Entry Rules:
- The closing date for entry will be 6th May 2024. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
- There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
- Entries received after the stated closing date will not be considered.
- The Organiser is not responsible for entries not received for whatever reason.
4. The Prize
- The prize is a 2-hour snooker coaching session with Lee Walker for the winner and the friend they tagged, to be held at Wexa Sports, Crumlin. The prize must be redeemed within 3 months.
- The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable.
- Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received and verified by The Organiser and/or its agents.
- The winner will be notified by DM within 3 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
6. Location
- The coaching session will take place at Wexa Sports, Crumlin, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon between the winner, Lee Walker, and The Organizer.
7. General
- The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice.
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by England & Wales law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
- The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Meta or any other social network.
